Autoclaves
AstraMed is the Malaysian authorised distributor of autoclaves (laboratory sterilisers) from Systec GmbH & Co. KG. The autoclaves are successfully used in research as laboratory autoclaves as well as in production as industrial autoclaves (e.g. in the pharmaceutical industry or the food industry) for more than 25 years.
These autoclaves which are specially developed for laboratory sterilisation applications are designed to make processes safer, easier and more accurate, reproducible and validatable.
You can use them in all laboratory applications, even in demanding sterilisation processes: the sterilisation of liquids (such as nutrient and culture media), solids (such as instruments, pipettes, glassware), waste (destructive sterilisation of liquid waste in bottles, or solid waste in destruction bags) and biological hazards in safety laboratories.

Systec V-Series
The Systec V-Series of top-loading vertical autoclaves in 8 different sizes with 40 to 150 litres chamber volume is distinguished by its small footprint and high chamber capacity. This results in optimal loading capacity with most standard media bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks.

Systec D-Series
The Systec D-Series are front-loading, bench-top autoclaves available in 7 sizes with chamber capacities ranging from 45 to 200 litres. Compact on the outside but with ideal chamber capacities inside. Each size has an optimal loading capacity for most standard media bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks.

Systec H-Series
The Systec H-Series floor-standing autoclaves of the performance category HX can be used for all laboratory applications, even for sophisticated sterilisation processes and are available in 16 different sizes with 65 to 1,580 litres chamber volume. The new, improved generation of Systec H-Series autoclaves comes in a new design, with a fully revamped interior and a completely new touchscreen control panel.
The combination of new features guarantees higher work precision, easier maintenance of devices, shorter and more efficient process times. All Systec autoclaves can be upgraded on a modular basis, with options and equipment to optimise sterilisation processes for performing validatable sterilisation procedures.

Systec H-Series 2D
The new generation Systec H-Series 2D double-door/pass-through autoclaves of the performance category HX can be used for all laboratory applications, even for sophisticated sterilisation processes and are available in 13 different sizes with 90 to 1,580 litres chamber volume. The combination of new features guarantees higher work precision, easier maintenance of devices, shorter and more efficient process times.
All additional optional accessories can be fitted to obtain validatable processes. For use under the most stringent clean room and safety conditions such as biological safety laboratories, e.g. fitting as a sterilisation and pass-through lock for protecting the external environment, for clean rooms in laboratories and production facilities as a sterilisation and pass-through lock separating sterile and non-sterile areas.
